Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. If booked online these fees will be charged using the credit card on file. In any other case these fees will be expected to be paid prior to any future appointment
